Shipping policy

Free Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup at our retail store. Our hours are Monday-Saturday from 11:00-5:00. Because of limited space, we can only hold your order for 10 business days. If you are not able to pick up your order within 5 business days, please follow this link to pay for a shipping invoice. We do not save your credit card information on our website, so we are not able to bill you. You will need to click on the link below and place an order for a shipping invoice. Once we receive your shipping invoice, we will get your In Store Pickup order in the mail for you right away. 

Shipping Orders: You can track your order through your order confirmation email you received by click on the "View my Order" button or "Track My Order" button. You can also track your order by registering at your account at  https://thehappysoutherner.com/account/login If you have already registered your account, you can log in and track your order. 

Current shipping times are approx. 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged by our shipping department before being shipped out of our warehouse. **If you ordered a $15 Friday Deal, processing times for those sales are approx. 7-10 business days because those items are made to order. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Once the package is in the hands of the USPS, we cannot provide any additional information than what tracking information is provided from the USPS and it's best to contact the post office for questions regarding your order. 

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service
  • International Duties or Customs Charges

US Postal Service Guarantees

  • We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take several business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us (we have the same information that is provided to you). Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
