We want to be sure you’re 100% satisfied with every purchase. We offer Free Local Returns & Exchanges. Our no-hassle, easy return process can me made on items purchased within the last 30 days. 

In Store Return Policy 

  • Returns & exchanges can be made in store at our retail location at 1036 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464. 
  • You can make your return/exchange during normal business hours: Tuesday-Sunday 11:00-5:00
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment when merchandise is received.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed.

Online Return Policy:

  • If you made a purchase online and need to return the item for any reason, you can mail the item/items back to us at:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment when merchandise is received. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Discounts can not be applied to previously purchased items.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed.

Online Exchanges: 

  • If you are wanting to make online exchange, you will need to return the original products to us (once the products are returned, you will receive a refund on those products).
  • If you are wanting a new product or different size of a product, you will need to go through the process of placing a new order online. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
